1. 服務內容
本 App 提供手機端的連線量測、排位模式（暫停其他 App 的網路）、懸浮球、比賽回顧與溫度監看。所有數值都是在你的手機上量得的參考值。
2. 訂閱與付款
- 使用本 App 需要有效訂閱：月繳 US$2 或年繳 US$20（實際金額與稅金以結帳頁為準）。
- 訂閱透過 Lemon Squeezy 購買，Lemon Squeezy 為交易的賣方（Merchant of Record），付款、收據、稅務、續訂與退款依其買方條款處理。
- 訂閱會在每期結束時自動續訂，直到你取消。你可以隨時從購買收據或 Lemon Squeezy 的訂閱管理頁取消；取消後可使用到已付費期間結束。
- 價格如有調整，會在下一期開始前公告，不影響已付費的期間。
- 免費試用：用電子郵件領一組 3 天的試用序號（1 支手機），不需要付款資料、不會自動轉成付費；到期即停用，要繼續使用請購買月繳或年繳。每個人、每支手機限試用一次，重複領取的試用序號會被停用。
3. 序號與裝置
- 一組序號可開通 2 支手機；第二支是讓你換手機時使用。訂閱期間不會重發序號，也無法在 App 內移除已開通的手機；2 支手機的名額用完時（例如換過手機，或開通時重按了幾次），請寄信給我們（信箱見本頁最後），由我們在後台註銷不再使用的那支。
- 本 App 需要定期連網向 Lemon Squeezy 驗證訂閱；離線時最多可再使用 72 小時，之後需連網重新驗證。
- 序號僅供購買者本人使用，不得轉售、分享或公開。
4. 使用規範
你不得竄改或繞過本 App 的授權驗證，不得以本 App 干擾他人網路，也不得用於違反法律或遊戲服務條款的用途。違反者我們得停用相關序號，已付款項依退款政策處理。
5. 不保證事項
本 App 依「現況」提供。我們不保證本 App 能改善遊戲連線、延遲或勝負；連線品質還取決於你的網路業者、Wi-Fi 環境與遊戲伺服器。本 App 與任何遊戲開發商或發行商無關，也未獲其認可；遊戲名稱與商標屬於其各自的權利人。
6. 責任限制
在法律允許的範圍內，我們對因使用或無法使用本 App 造成的間接或衍生損失不負責任；我們的總責任以你在事件發生前 12 個月內為本 App 實際支付的金額為上限。法律強制規定的消費者權利不受影響。
7. 條款變更與終止
條款若有重大變更，會在本頁公告並修改上方日期；變更後繼續使用即表示同意。你可以隨時停止使用並取消訂閱。

Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026. By using the VCZefb Android app (the "App") you agree to these terms. Provider: VCZefb.
1. The service
The App provides on-phone connection measurements, Rank Mode (which pauses other apps’ traffic), the ping pill, Match Recap and Heat Watch. All values are reference measurements taken on your phone.
2. Subscription and payment
- Using the App requires an active subscription: US$2 per month or US$20 per year (the checkout page shows the final amount including taxes).
- Subscriptions are bought through Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Payment, receipts, taxes, renewals and refunds are handled under its buyer terms.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your purchase receipt or the Lemon Squeezy subscription page; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Price changes are announced before the next period starts and never affect a period already paid for.
- Free trial: a 3-day trial key for 1 phone, claimed with an email address. No payment details are needed and it never turns into a paid plan; it simply stops when it ends. To keep using the App, buy the monthly or yearly plan. One trial per person and per phone; trial keys claimed again are turned off.
3. License keys and devices
- One license key activates 2 phones; the second is for moving to a new phone. Keys are not reissued during the subscription, and activated phones cannot be removed inside the App; if both are used up (for example after moving to a new phone, or by retrying activation), email us (address at the end of this page) and we will release the phone you no longer use from our side.
- The App needs to go online regularly to verify the subscription with Lemon Squeezy. Offline, it keeps working for up to 72 hours and then needs to check again.
- A license key is for the buyer only and must not be resold, shared or published.
4. Acceptable use
You must not tamper with or bypass the App’s license checks, use the App to interfere with other people’s networks, or use it in ways that break the law or a game’s terms of service. If you do, we may disable the key concerned; payments are handled under the refund policy.
5. No guarantees
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will improve your game connection, latency or results; connection quality also depends on your provider, Wi-Fi and the game’s servers. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game developer or publisher; game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using or being unable to use the App, and our total liability is limited to what you actually paid for the App in the 12 months before the event. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Changes and termination
If these terms change materially, we will post the change here and update the date above; continuing to use the App means you accept it. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time.
